We had planned all girls trip to Kashmir in March 2023 with Kashmir Travelport and it was wonderful experience. Sukhmit was very supportive when we asked for few customizations and also provided inputs on hotel stays which we took and that turned out to be a very good decision! Hotels provided were 3.5 star and very scenic locations.. service everywhere was excellent. Food was excellent.. our boat stay was memorable! Our driver Imtiyaz was punctual and polite throughout the trip. Travelling with him was super fun! He gave us lot of information during the trip and also helped us with price bargaining during shopping, pony rides and other snow activities...overall kashmir travelport is very much recommended! 😊👍

We booked 6 days,5 nights trip for Kashmir (trip to Shrinagar, Gulmarg, Sonmarg, Pahalgam in June-2022.We were group of 13 including 6 women and all are aged of 55 to 65 years old. It was our first trip to Kashmir and we were not sure to use any travel agency. Did some research and lucky we got connected to Sukhmeet kaur and she was so helpful in arranging all the things together and share the detailed itinerary along with a very reasonable budget and good quality hotels and vehicles as per our requirements thought we made many changes before we finalized and she did those without any issues. This company Kashmir Travelport did amazing job for our trip. The entire planning and services of the tour company was excellent. We would highly recommend agent Sukhmeet Kaur who made our itinerary considering our all requirements. She was remaining available through our trip, just a phone call away. She knows her job very professional but still you feel personally connected to her. She has exceptional patience level. Any issues that came up was sorted out in a neat, swift manner by Sukhmeet Kaur. Moreover, she would call us every day to check everything is fine or not. All the accommodations were decent and food was very good. The trip package was very budget friendly too! our driver Visu Chaudhry was very friendly and helpful and gave us a good tour of place! In short, they provided all services they promised at the time of booking the package. We just paid 15% amount of package initially but they have never forced to pay remaining amount in a day, but this amount paid after two days of tour start. We highly impressed with services of Kashmir Travelport specially Sukhmeet Kaur Mam because she has been absolutely professional, responsive, and very kind in her approach, she took care like a family member. Positive: Professionalism We are group of 6 and had sudden plan to ladakh and srinagar. We visited Kashmir in the first week of April 2021. We contracted the tour package with Kashmir Travel Port. Miss Anjum was their representative for us. Our entire visit to Kashmir was memorable and unforgettable. I was a solo traveller however Anjum ma'am has made my trip so safe and comfortable which is commendable. The standard of hotels,reliable car driver and polite hotel staffs made my travel accomplished.I have just paid 10% of my payment but they have never forced me to pay the remaining amount in a day or two rather Anjum ma'am was more concerned about my health (i had a bad stomach)and safety.I will highly recommend kashmir travelport for the tourists travelling to kashmir for the first time

I had the fortune of being in Kashmir during the travel advisory issued in early August '19. Despite the political craziness, I felt completely at ease. Why? Because I knew Saqib bhai jaan had my back. He and his crew were 100% dependable, and took care of my sick son (yes, you read that right, my 7 year old had high fever, was puking, and had upper respiratory distress) and ensured that we took him to the best doctors in the valley and beyond. 4 days 3 nights in Kashmir was awesome. We have a great winter season there. Really recommend Kashmir Travelport for Malaysian. Mr Saqib suggest the itinerary to suit our compact and short winter trip in Kashmir. The price is good, i would say and the most important u will never have the chance to skip the germs of Kashmir (Gulmarg-Pahalgam-Sonamarg-Srinagar) The tour guide is nice person and very flexible. If u thinking to buy somethings like pashmina, saffron and others, just tell him, he will find a good place for the locals. And of course, the foods recommended by him was really good. Mr Saqib also provide us two free local sim cards, this is really awesome. U dont have any idea on how difficult to buy sim card here.
