We visited Kashmir in the first week of April 2021. We contracted the tour package with Kashmir Travel Port. Miss Anjum was their representative for us. Our entire visit to Kashmir was memorable and unforgettable. Miss Anjum is of a very gentle, soft-spoken and supportive nature, who kept in constant contact with us from the beginning of our tour to our arrival back home.All the arrangements for accommodations, food and transport during the visit of Kashmir were very good. We did not have any kind of problems during the entire tour. Our taxi driver Mr. Abid was also of a very good and helpful nature, who did not let us face any kind of problem while traveling to Gulmarg, Sonamarg and Pahalgam, etc. outside Srinagar. We had a wonderful experience with the Kashmir Travel Port.We are thankful to Miss Anjum from the depths of our hearts who made our Kashmir tour memorable and unforgettable. I was a solo traveller however Anjum ma'am has made my trip so safe and comfortable which is commendable. The standard of hotels,reliable car driver and polite hotel staffs made my travel accomplished.I have just paid 10% of my payment but they have never forced me to pay the remaining amount in a day or two rather Anjum ma'am was more concerned about my health (i had a bad stomach)and safety.I will highly recommend kashmir travelport for the tourists travelling to kashmir for the first time

I booked my trip from Kashmir Travelport and Sukhmeet helped me plan this trip. I had the fortune of being in Kashmir during the travel advisory issued in early August '19. Despite the political craziness, I felt completely at ease. Why? Because I knew Saqib bhai jaan had my back. He and his crew were 100% dependable, and took care of my sick son (yes, you read that right, my 7 year old had high fever, was puking, and had upper respiratory distress) and ensured that we took him to the best doctors in the valley and beyond. I realize that any comment on the "mehman-nawazi and khatirdari" of the Kashmiri people will be construed in a political manner but I can't thank enough the amazing people I met there. 4 days 3 nights in Kashmir was awesome. We have a great winter season there. Really recommend Kashmir Travelport for Malaysian. Mr Saqib suggest the itinerary to suit our compact and short winter trip in Kashmir. The price is good, i would say and the most important u will never have the chance to skip the germs of Kashmir (Gulmarg-Pahalgam-Sonamarg-Srinagar) The tour guide is nice person and very flexible. If u thinking to buy somethings like pashmina, saffron and others, just tell him, he will find a good place for the locals. And of course, the foods recommended by him was really good. Mr Saqib also provide us two free local sim cards, this is really awesome. U dont have any idea on how difficult to buy sim card here. Overall, Thanks to the team, will meet again this September 2019.
